NEW YORK, May 16, 2024: International Financial Law Review (IFLR) has recognized Credit Suisse for the formation of an $8 billion structured seller-financing facility to a bankruptcy-remote subsidiary of Atlas Securitized Products LP as its Deal of the Year in Securitization and Structured Finance. The annual IFLR Americas Awards showcase legal innovation through dealmaking and celebrates work that improves the cross-border investment environment. Winners were announced at an awards ceremony on May 15.

The facility is secured by underlying credit facilities previously entered into by Credit Suisse and sold to Atlas as part of the transaction.

Morgan Lewis partners Reed Auerbach and Harlyn Bohensky, along with partners Keith Krasney and Phil Sarid and associates Marc Kassis, John Goswell, Greg Mottla, Matthew Gubernikoff, Dan Jung, and Kendra Lobban, Veronica Barragan, Lindsay Craft, Eric Karian, Andrea Laprade, Chidima Osuchukwu, Jesse Raines, Matthew Kasner, Tina Mironis, and Fiona Murphy represented Credit Suisse.
