“I believe it is necessary to privatize the Sicilian airports to allow the required investments, especially along the Catania-Comiso axis, also to address the issue of the ash from Etna”, writes the Minister of Business and Made in Italy on Adolfo Urso. “Sicilian airports – he explains – must be transformed into development opportunities, but currently they represent a problem. By starting the privatization process, there are large Italian and international players ready to invest significant resources to transform the Sicilian airport system into a development hub capable of contributing to the creation of wealth and well-being for the territory”.
