Broadway Gallery in Letchworth to showcase students art

February 14, 20252 Mins Read

Vision 2025 is set to be held at Broadway Gallery from February 14 to March 8, 2025.

This is the third year the gallery has hosted the schools’ A-level exhibitions.

The exhibition will feature the work of 35 Year 12 students from The Highfield School, Fearnhill School, St Christopher School, and St Francis’ College.

The students will have the opportunity to display their work in one of Hertfordshire’s most respected gallery spaces.

This ongoing collaboration continues to strengthen the relationship between Broadway Gallery and nearby schools, nurturing artistic ambition within the community.

Paul Davey, arts officer at Broadway Gallery, said: “This exhibition is a powerful statement about the talent and creativity of our town’s young artists.

“By bringing students from across the community into the gallery, we aim to empower them, celebrate their work, and inspire the next generation.”

From the classroom to the public sphere, Vision 2025 highlights the breadth of creativity among young artists.

Through their artworks, students explore a wide variety of subjects, including personal experiences, the natural world, social conflict, and more.

The exhibition will feature a range of mediums and techniques, including drawing, painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, and film.

Showcasing their work in a professional setting allows these students to gain confidence in their creative abilities and see their art appreciated by a wider audience.

The exhibition is open to the public, providing an opportunity for families, teachers, and art lovers to witness the talent emerging from local schools.

Broadway Gallery has thanked the teachers who guide and mentor the young artists, and the students whose hard work and creativity have made the exhibition possible.

The gallery is open Wednesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and is free to enter.
