To outpace criminals, continuous innovation in AI-driven analytics and forensic tools is necessary, ensuring real-time monitoring and intervention.

AML/KYC regulations for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) mitigate risks, but privacy-focused cryptocurrencies challenge enforcement. Striking a balance between regulatory control, user privacy, and technological progress is essential for a secure, inclusive digital financial future.
