What began in the Black Country in 2005 has grown into a powerhouse of integrated construction and in-house manufacturing. A standout example featured in the new anniversary project showcase is the ambitious regeneration of the former Toys R Us site in Oldbury. Once derelict and overlooked, the building has been completely reinvented as the Birchley Island Retail Park.
Amphion led the full subdivision and refurbishment, transforming the site into a vibrant destination that now hosts major brands including B&M, Farmfoods, JD Gyms, Swim!, Tim Hortons and McDonald’s. The redevelopment has breathed new life into the area, creating jobs, supporting local enterprise and restoring a long-neglected landmark.
