The Fraser Coast’s best tattoo artist has been crowned, with two others scoring honourable mentions in hard-fought battle.
Ms Stocks dominated the poll, gaining 16 per cent of the votes and finishing 7 per cent in front of runner-up Jeremy Roach of Chroma Private Studio.
Operating out of Kode Inks Tinana studio, the Maryborough resident said the business had pushed itself to “be the best in the region by stepping up to the plate” by creating body art that boosted its clients’ confidence.
Originally desiring to work in the education sector, Ms Stocks could not say no to a six-month internship in Gympie which allowed her to live her dream of getting paid to make art.

Ms Stocks credits her victory to the “distinct style of tattooing” she holds as well as the “bubbly” personality she carries within the studio.
