The Art Gallery of Alberta is Celebrating their 100 year anniversary with Records of Remembrance showcase with recent acquisitions of art with some displays created by Indigenous women artists.

Each of the artists deal with the act of recording—people, places, events and materials—as a form of remembrance, an aid to memory, or an interrogation of the past.

Danielle Siemens, collections manager and associate curator at the Art Gallery of Alberta speaks on the displays from Alberta, and Saskatchewan and B.C within the Exhibition.
