6ix9ine Offers Meet & Greet To Fans Who Buy His ‘Dummy Coin’

July 13, 20243 Mins Read

6ix9ine has entered the cryptocurrency world, and he is now offering to meet some of those who purchase his personal coin.

On Friday (July 12), the New York City native took to social media and announced some upcoming overseas concerts as well as his latest business endeavor in a brief clip addressed to his fans.

“We just got to Romania,” he began. “I’m super grateful for the ability to travel. Romania, we’re live tomorrow at Beach, Please! I want to apologize to all my fans for being very disconnected with you guys, but I got some great news — I just released a Dummy Coin.

“For the first 2,000 holders who buy into the Dummy Coin, you will be selected to do a meet and greet here in Romania […] Also, we’ll pick three select few to join us on stage for the last song, which is ‘GUMMO.’”

Three years ago, Tekashi jumped on another tech trend and listed a series of NFTs for sale online. Though he did make a decent amount of money from the sales, those who bought the products weren’t too happy with the transaction.

One person who dropped approximately $40,000 on it even told Rolling Stone: “It turned out to be a huge scam.”

In other news, the 28-year-old’s custom luxury vehicles were recently listed for auction after being seized by the IRS a few months prior. The cars will stay on the auction block till July 23, with bids starting at $20k for each. The sale includes a 2019 Lamborghini Urus and a 2017 Bentley Continental GT Speed.

Government officials currently collecting on a judgment filed against the embattled rapper by Alexis Salaberrios back in 2023. A receiver was appointed in late November to make sure he would turn his assets over to satisfy his debt.

6ix9ine is being held responsible for hitting the dancer in the head with a champagne bottle a few years back. As a result, a Florida jury awarded her $9.8 million in damages after the defendant didn’t show up to his civil trial over the summer.

The incident took place at the Gold Rush strip club in Miami, Florida in 2021, following which the victim took Tekashi to court.

Salaberrios has since claimed to have not received her compensation from him, saying he been concealing his assets and income to avoid paying her. She subsequently proposed seizing his earnings to fulfill the order, a request the court granted.

The “GOOBA” rapper has also been dealing with legal issues in the Dominican Republic.

During his time there, he was arrested for domestic assault against his girlfriend Yailín la Más Viral. The claims of violence were made by her mother, Wanda Diaz, though she herself denied the allegations. She did not attend the legal proceedings to share her side as she claimed to be ill from a cosmetic surgery complication.

6ix9ine was then released on bond after paying $507. The judge overseeing the case reportedly found that the evidence presented by prosecutors was not enough to keep him in police custody due to Yailín’s lack of cooperation.
