Litecoin Falls 11% In Rout By Investing.com

Investing.com – Litecoin was trading at $64.470 by 20:04 (00:04 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Friday, down 10.65% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since April 12.

The move downwards pushed Litecoin’s market cap down to $4.880B, or 0.23% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Litecoin’s market cap was $25.609B.

Litecoin had traded in a range of $64.448 to $65.523 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a drop in value, as it lost 10.68%. The volume of Litecoin traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $449.109M or 0.47% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $64.4481 to $76.7572 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 84.65% from its all-time high of $420.00 set on December 12, 2017.

Elsewhere in cryptocurrency trading

Bitcoin was last at $56,899.1 on the Investing.com Index, down 5.48% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $3,047.47 on the Investing.com Index, a loss of 7.52%.

Bitcoin’s market cap was last at $1,123.569B or 53.75% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum’s market cap totaled $368.069B or 17.61% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
