John Hanley joined McDonald Hopkins as a member in its business department and litigation finance practice group, the firm announced Monday.
His practice includes first and second lien financings, private debt and equity placements, acquisition and sale of loans, securities, trade claims, and other illiquid assets, the firm said.
His clients include litigation funders, business development companies, specialty lenders, investment banks, and hedge funds.
