UBS is selling its 100% holding in Credit Suisse Insurance Linked Strategies (CSILS) to its management team, led by Niklaus Hilti.
A definitive agreement was signed yesterday and the transaction is expected to close this year, subject to regulatory approvals.
The company will operate independently from UBS under a new name and will continue managing its funds and single-investor fund mandates.
