Drawing on the power of the arts to amplify the message that we are part of nature, rather than separate from it, artist Michel Debono raises the question: Who’s holding who up?

Since 1964, Debono has been using sculpture to depict various visions, shedding light on the plight of deforestation and its impact on the animals that inhabit these environments.

His exhibition captures the evolutionary process through a range of sculptural themes. Some pieces feature evolving shapes in motion, while others reveal hidden meanings or more overt messages.

As we delve into the depths of our universal consciousness, we discover connections previously unnoticed and pathways yet to explore. Experience a sensory journey through sound, touch, vision, and smell as you explore the profound depths of self-reflection. Prepare to gain a new perspective on the bigger picture as you immerse yourself in the world of “Who’s Holding Who Up.”

“Who’s Holding Who Up” will be on display at Indra Gallery from September 7th – 12th. More informations here.
