A new art gallery has opened on Yarm High Street.
Yarm Contemporary, founded by artist Lucy Storrs, will bring original artwork, prints, and events to Yarm.
Ms Storrs said: “Yarm is a wonderful place with a strong sense of community.
“The response so far has been incredible, with lots of enthusiasm for bringing so much fresh, exciting art to the area.”

Ms Storrs moved to the North East so that her daughter could be close to the grandparents and spotted an opportunity within Yarm’s vibrant market-town setting.
The gallery features work from both local and national artists and is described as “small but potent, full of curiosity and inspiration and awash with colour.”
It offers a range of styles, mediums, and pricing to appeal to both new buyers and seasoned collectors.
