The city of Aspen has announced a gallery opening reception at the Red Brick Center for the Arts, set for 5-7 p.m. Thursday, June 20. This event is part of the center’s 30th-anniversary celebrations and will feature two remarkable exhibitions from a diverse group of artists.
Annie Decamp’s “Roots Below the Surface” will be showcased, a captivating collection of paintings inspired by the vibrant summer blooms of Aspen, paying homage to historical art references.
Additionally, the “Fortune Teller” exhibition will explore the theme of the future, with artists delving into the question of what lies ahead.
Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to visit the open studios of the artists in residency at the Red Brick Center for the Arts, offering a rare glimpse into their creative processes.
