High Court told he ‘failed to disclose his involvement’ with company
An Austrian businessman adjudicated bankrupt in Ireland with debts of €35m had his period of bankruptcy extended by a year-and-a-half amid claims he failed to disclose his involvement with a cryptocurrency company.
Carlow-based Eugen Rosenmeier consented to the extension in the High Court last month, but denied claims he failed to fully engage with and disclose matters to the official assignee in bankruptcy.
