JERSEY’S financial and professional services sectors will have the opportunity to showcase their commitment to sustainable finance at a gala awards ceremony next year.
The fourth annual Sustainable Finance Awards, organised by Jersey Finance, were officially launched this week with the aim of recognising individuals or firms who have made a significant contribution to sustainable outcomes and impact over the past year.
The awards ceremony is set to take place at Cineworld on 30 April 2026, with the various categories designed to highlight excellence, ambition, innovation, and leadership across the sustainable finance area.
The categories have been refined to encompass a broader range of participants. They include: Leader in the Mobilisation of Capital to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Sustainable Finance Green Shoots, Innovation and Technology in Sustainable Finance, Sustainable at Heart, Individual Influencer and the Simon Boas Success Story.
Nominations are now open and the deadline for submissions is 27 February 2026.
Nominees can either self-nominate or people can put forward others who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in sustainability.
Award winners will be chosen by an independent panel of experts selected by Jersey Finance.
Amy Bryant, deputy chief executive of Jersey Finance, said: “These awards reflect our continued commitment to strengthening Jersey’s sustainable finance credentials and inspiring action towards a more sustainable future.”
