East Berhane has joined Vinson & Elkins as a Dallas-based partner with Vinson’s finance practice, the firm said Monday.
Berhane concentrates her practice on debt financings, including acquisition and sponsored leveraged buyout financings, syndicated loan transactions, asset-based lending, and debt restructurings.
She counsels private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, as well as other private and public companies.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
