Christian A. Triantaphyllis is an immigration and real estate attorney with first-hand experience representing foreign nationals and immigrant investors in cross-border and business immigration matters. He regularly serves as counsel to real estate developers and regional centers to facilitate EB-5 projects. Christian has deep experience assisting foreign nationals from around the world through the EB-5 visa program, preparing and filing I-526 and I-829 petitions. He also assists foreign nationals with establishing start-up companies in the United States and advises employers on obtaining temporary work visas and permanent resident status for current and prospective employees.
Kunal Mehra is a Managing Partner and Co-founder of SW India. He has expertise in audit, business advisory, structuring, offshore services, and advising on setting up business in India to many of the firm’s largest global clients. He is a co-founder of SW in India, with the firm offering a multitude of services to its global and domestic clients. SW was established in 2014 under the leadership of domain expert practice leaders. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 22 years of experience in audit under IGAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS, business advisory, tax structuring on cross-border transactions, offshore services, and advising clients on setting up businesses in India. He has assisted clients from multiple geographies, including the USA, France, Spain, Germany, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Japan, China, and more.
He has also led teams in performing audits and agreed upon procedures under Indian GAAP, IFRS reporting, and US GAAP.
Saurrav Sood is the Practice Leader of SW India’s International Tax & Transfer Pricing Services division and has more than 15 years of experience providing tax services to multinational companies, including Fortune 500 companies engaged in software development, real estate, renewable energy, and service industries.
He has worked closely with privately held and publicly traded corporations. He has experience in international tax advisory and compliance in areas such as tax audit, transfer pricing policy set up, master file, CBCR compliance, transaction tax advisory, international tax advisory, and other corporate tax advisory and compliance services. He has also engaged in providing tax litigation services to clients and has successfully argued matters before the High Court, Tax Tribunal, and tax authorities.
