Franklin Templeton has selected BlackRock’s risk and portfolio management software, Aladdin, to use across its technology platform.
Aladdin, a technology and software solution from BlackRock that supports the investment management process, will help Franklin Templeton ‘unify its investment management technology platform across public market asset classes,’ Franklin said in a Tuesday press release.
It’s unclear how much Franklin is paying for access to the platform; a spokesperson for the firm declined to comment beyond the press release.
